This workshop was created for people who have had a toxic relationship and haven't yet fully closed that chapter of their life. Whether it was a partner, a friend or a family member, wounds can run deep and can create longlasting damage. Yet our time is percious, the more time we spend dwelling on this, the more harm we suffer.
In this Workshop, I shall the most helpful ideas I came across and created to help people close that chapter and move forward. The workshop includes exercises as well as relevant psychological tools and philosophical considerations.
It seeks to explain relevant ideas in simple, relatable and easy-to-understand terms without sacrificing the important and valuable lessons that help us build a stronger, healthier and brigher life.
